Yoga Classes in Crystal Palace for all abilities,
taught by experienced British Wheel of Yoga Diploma Teacher.
You don't have to be young, fit and flexible to start (or indeed, continue) practising yoga, although you may feel all of those as a result of your practice.
Classes include asanas (postures), pranayama (breath/energy control), meditation and relaxation.
Beginners and more experienced students welcome.
These are 90 minute classes.
The yoga class is in the spacious main hall of the Phoenix Centre, in the heart of the Crystal Palace triangle. The hall is maintained at a comfortable temperature - neither too hot nor too cool.

Make sure your phone is switched off or silent during the class.
Leave a minimum of 1½-2 hours after eating a light snack, or 3 to 4 hours after a heavier meal before attending a class, otherwise you may have indigestion or feel uncomfortable!
